FilmeFarsi is an editorial review magazine covering movies, series, entertainment news, and related commentary. We respect the intellectual property rights of studios, distributors, artists, photographers, and all other copyright owners.

Movie posters, stills, trailers, and promotional images that appear on FilmeFarsi are used for editorial review, criticism, commentary, news reporting, and informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party promotional assets and we do not host pirated movies, illegal downloads, or unauthorized filesharing links.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe material on FilmeFarsi infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to [email protected].

Your notice should include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL or a clear description of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.

Review and Response

After receiving a complete notice, FilmeFarsi will review the request promptly and may remove, disable, or replace the identified material where appropriate. We may contact the submitting party for clarification if a notice is incomplete or does not identify the specific content at issue.

Counter-Notification

If content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the removed material's URL, contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA procedures.

Repeat Infringers

FilmeFarsi may restrict or terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material. Our editorial policy is to use third-party assets only where they support lawful review, commentary, news, or informational coverage.
